Try touching the stalk gently. First you can get a slow wipe, if you just move the stalk very very slightly but otherwise it wipes at fast speed. My Panda 100 always did a double wipe unless I just touched the stakl. Its an Italian thing. What you are getting is normal, its a sensitive switch. Try to follow the wiring to find the earth block as described above and ensure all connections are clean and tight. If that doesn't work, the problem may well lay inside the motor, but as you've tried another, this is unlikely. There is another earth connection in the footwell, near the BCM, which could need checking.
The pipe had popped where it comes off the main feed. I had to remove the black panel below the windscreen to access it, which means wipers off too. The join is roughly in the centre of the car. Just pushed it back in and added ductape. I think it happens if using when the rear pipes / jet are frozen.
In order to replace the rear wiper of the Fiat Panda you need to lift the plastic cover located at the base of the wiper and loosen the nut underneath, using a 10 wrench. Hi all, did a search but could not find answer. i was fitting the wiper mechanism( old metal brackets with new motor) but when i turn the motor on it doesnt move the arm, seems to just go round. scenario is, the small Z bar connected to centre of motor is connected to long moving arm, but at Xfro.
