For leftovers (especially tougher, boss-like foes), you can burst with axe 2, then go into dagger/shroud and auto attack them to death. Your natural tankiness (necro has among the highest base HP of all classes) is suplemented with death magic and should make for a very laid back fighting.
Its up to personal preference of course but pve thief can be pretty braindead by spamming 1, dodging, and sometimes 3. The elite spec daredevil can output some pretty good numbers relatively easy by just dodging and spamming 1-2 skills. You can't really rank them like that and have it be accurate. Hardest class for me to Run is probably Elementalist, but that's more because I don't ever play it. Easiest is necromancer but that's because I play it a lot. For another guild member of mine, his hardest is Necromancer while his easiest is elementalist.
